Chris Lesar, MD
Board certified by the American Board of Surgery (ABS) and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS), Dr. Chris LeSar is an experienced vascular surgeon working in the Chattanooga region for over 15 years, specializing in vascular and minimally invasive endovascular techniques in both the inpatient, outpatient, and outpatient office setting. He brings the depth of knowledge to the Vascular Institute with his intricate knowledge of advanced techniques for the treatment of carotid, mesenteric, renal, venous, and peripheral vascular disease. He has a special interest for the care of patients with critical limb ischemia. He performs procedures at Erlanger Hospitals - Main and East Campus, CHI Memorial Hospital, Parkridge Hospital, Tennova Cleveland and the VIC's Office Based Lab.
Dan Krcelic, MD
Dr. Dan Krcelic is trained in all aspects of vascular surgery in both the inpatient and outpatient setting. He is a graduate of St. George’s University School of Medicine followed by his surgical residency at Western Michigan School of Medicine. He completed his fellowship in vascular surgery at Carolinas Medical Center and Sanger Heart & Vascular Institute in Charlotte. In addition to endovascular and vascular surgery, Dr. Krcelic specializes in transcarotid artery revascularization, being one of the first surgeons to perform the procedure in the Chattanooga area.
William Harris, DO
Dr. William Harris is a vascular surgeon serving in the United States Air Force. He is assigned to the 959th Medical Operations Squadron at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, TX. He graduated with honors from University of Arizona and Midwestern University Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed a residency in General Surgery at Keesler Medical Center at Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi and completed a fellowship in vascular and endovascular surgery at University of Tennessee College of Medicine Chattanooga.
Dr. Harris is board certified by the American Board of Surgery in both General Surgery and Vascular Surgery. He is an Assistant Professor of Surgery at the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the Society for Clinical Vascular Surgery and the Society for Vascular Surgery.
Elizabeth Hartmann, MD
Dr. Elizabeth Hartmann is an active duty United States Air Force vascular surgeon at San Antonio Military Medical Center in Texas. She received her doctorate of medicine from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine, Memphis, followed by a general surgery residency at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine, Chattanooga. She earned a vascular surgery fellowship at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Hartmann received her undergraduate degree from Marshall University.
She is a certified general surgeon by the American Board of Surgery and a registered physician in vascular interpretation (RPVI).
Jenni Wilson, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, WC
Wound Care Specialist/NP
Jenni Wilson treats wound and vascular care issues. She is a Certified Wound Specialist by the American Board of Wound Management. Jenni graduated from the University of Tennessee before obtaining her nurse practitioner degree with the UT School of Medicine. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Stephanie Sheridan, DNP, ANP-C, CNN-NP
Stephanie Sheridan is a graduate of Southern Adventist University in and a Certified Dialysis Nurse by American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She specializes in vascular dialysis care and nephrology related issues.
Roxanne Philips, DNP, MSN, APRN, NP-C
Roxanne Phillips is a Certified
Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and a member of several cardiovascular specialty professional organization. Roxanne graduated from the University of West Georgia before obtaining her master’s degree and doctorate in nursing from University of Alabama at Birmingham. In addition to vascular care, she specializes in smoking cessation treatment programs.

Monica Chamberlain manages VIC's hospital-related responsibilities, in addition to seeing patients in clinic. She has a doctorate of nursing degree, two masters degrees, bachelor and associate degree from Southern Adventist University. With 7 years of experience as a nurse practitioner, Monica was recognized as a "Top Nurse Practitioner" in the Chattanooga area by "Today's Nurse." She is member of Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nursing and the Oncology Nurses Society. Monica is also board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
